I have a wonderful experience with pitchground, i have purchase some few tools with them, and when i cancelled one of my software i brought to them because i have won a LTD price, they immediately accept and return the money. Also, they have freebies that is helpful for businesses to check and explored. With this freebies imtroduce the tools and upgrade if its needed to your business. - freebie, which i part can use in small part of your business is also awesome!

Udit and his team are so responsive! It doesn't matter if it's problems with logins, wanting advice on software or just help with selecting the right products that meet your needs! They have a large selection of 'vetted' software on LTD offers, and even free LTD's, plus active communities on FaceBook, WhatsApp, and Discord, to name a few, and is so contactable with a DM. If you decide that the software, etc., does not suit your requirements, then there's a no hassle refund process (within a set trial period), which makes it such an easy process. Thank you to Udit and his team - PitchGround is the best!

When start ups are struggling with recurring fee, pitchground comes as an angel here to forget recurring fee on SAAS

Their method of being a bridge between the customers and the product providing companies is really awesome. I have been able to be part of the PG community and get the best possible service round the clock. As it is backed by a strong community of customers we always get honest opinions from them about various products that PG offers. I purchased a product for $49 that was sold through PG, but the seller didnot satisfy me and hence I posted about my discomfort in the community backed WhatsApp group. The PG team immediately replied to me, guiding me to the seller and they tried to solve the problem I faced. Though the problem was solved, I was not satisfied with the product I bought on PG, hence I applied for a refund and surprise, I got the refund credited to my PG wallet immediately. Thank you Team PG

He adquirido varios productos en Pitchground y todos, sin excepción, han sido de gran calidad. Valoro mucho el servicio al cliente y la comunidad ya que así he descubierto como funcionan las distintas herramientas y como aprovecharlas.

Pitchground is one of the best things I have encountered with. Best platform to get the best of deals. The fact that many a times, free deals are been given is an added incentive to get an idea of the product

After my initial negative experience with Pitchground (PG), I am disheartened to report that my subsequent interaction was equally disappointing, if not worse. Despite the owner’s attempt to rectify the previous issue, which resulted in a brief change of heart and adjustment of my review rating, I find myself compelled to revert back to a one-star rating - as zero stars is unfortunately not an option. I recently encountered another issue where a product I purchased through PG ceased trading. Despite providing irrefutable proof of this occurrence, PG adamantly refused to issue a refund. This incident further emphasizes their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices. This latest episode only strengthens my previous assertions about the dire need for improvement in PG’s customer service department. It is evident that there are significant gaps in their customer support function that need urgent attention, especially if they wish to sustain their business in the long term. With two consecutive negative experiences under my belt, it’s clear that trust has been irreparably damaged. As such, any future purchases from PG seem highly unlikely on my part. While I appreciate the efforts made by the owner following my initial encounter, these subsequent events have proven that they were merely quick fixes instead of long-term solutions. The fact remains that it took several weeks and a negative review for action to be taken; an unfortunate testament to their inadequate customer support. In summary: buyer beware when it comes to doing business with Pitchground.
