PitchGroundReviews of pitchground.com

I appreciate the personalized support on Pitchground, which I haven't found on other platforms. Pitchground has a better selection of business-oriented tools. The deals on Pitchground are unique and hard to find on other platforms. Pitchground offers better discounts and savings compared to other platforms. Pitchground community is more engaging and active than other platforms. I've found the overall experience on Pitchground to be more enjoyable than other platforms.

I will only focus on two factors, first, how well curated and property vetted the deals are and second customer support. In terms of deals, there have been very good deals like BrainCert and Nuelink, So bravo to PG for bringing these good deals like but there is a lot to be desired in terms of diversity of these deals as well quality but I believe things will improve soon. Customer support needs to be improved a lot. Responses to the queries regarding the deals and engaging the founders in these responses is very critical, this is where PG can improve. with regards to the interface there is a lot to be desired. For e.g. under purchases I can't click on the link to get back to the deal page. Introducing categories like social media, AI writers etc will help a lot more as well

The experience until now has been amazing, I just feel that PG must include some customer Relations managers within their team, so that if there's someone missing out on something they can be of help, this is already happening in cohort-based courses, rest of everything is amazing.

PitchGround has been super these days. They have rock and rolled soo many great deals that I am sure they will be the best SaaS deals platform soon. The best part is they care about buyers at top of anything and the deals are well vetted. Udit and the team has been pushing along great customer support and they can do better I know that.

Pitchground has been a useful marketplace for my small business allowing me to pick up tools at great prices and even the occasional freebies. The layout of the site is straightforward and most if not all deals that I have looked at have a 60-day money-back guarantee so which provides me with reassurance when shopping with them. I have yet to return a deal that I have purchased from them, which speaks to the usefulness of some of the tools they work with. They will keep you in the loop and follow up with automated email sequences as well as Udit, the owner, is very active on social media and through messaging.

With PitchGround, we can take advantage of their extensive selection of software, as well as their easy to use platform that simplifies the whole purchase experience. Plus, PitchGround is one of the best LTD sellers in the market, and their team is always available to offer advice and insights on their products. This is further evidenced by their regular sessions and webinars by Udit, which provide invaluable guidance on the most up-to-date products as it helps to pick the right ones. Thanks to PitchGround.

PitchGround a committed company with solid foundation that on boards all SaaS companies in a single place and that is too on a lifetime deal. That means pay once use lifetime, just incredible. For companies and almost everyone with a sustained business plan it is like a FREE SOFTWARE powered by AIs. Just a no brainer !! I have been with PitchGround since its launch time about 4-5 years roughly, and I have already grabbed dozens of the deals simply outstanding. It will save you lots of business hours with AI powered automations.. Some are just so important and incredible that you never had a thought of. When talking about customer service, PitchGround is like an AI. Hassle free 1 click refunds, and founder is always up there for you and generally you get your questions answered so professionally within minutes. Sometime you have to give them time, he is obviously a human at the end. Also there is a strong and active community where you get to meet directly the founders of all SaaS. Lots of offers, freebies and important information being spread regularly. Either if you are an Entrepreneur or business owner, check out the current deals and also bookmark this so you never miss out on a freebie and deal that is going off or on.

I find some gems on Pitchground. They fit my use case. Sometimes, some of them shut down in less than 1-2 years, which is common in any startup. If I find the product not up to my expectation, I can request a refund from Pitchground (as long as it is within the refund window). So far, they have honored their promise.
