Hello Steven, We’re sorry to hear about your concerns, and we appreciate you bringing them up. We're happy to confirm that this matter has already been resolved directly with you. Regarding the SoundCloud situation, we’d like to clarify that the issue was unrelated to our service. As discussed, SoundCloud declined the new track due to its use of AI in the production, not because of any promotion activity. We value your trust and are always here to support you. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. Best regards, Team Pitch-Us
