Hello Lance, We’re truly sorry to hear about this situation and understand how frustrating it must be. We want to clarify that while our campaigns are focused playlist pitching, we do not use any methods that intentionally violate platform rules. We’ve reviewed your case and want to confirm that we are currently in the process of issuing your refund. We also regret the delay in communication and are working to improve response times during high-volume periods. Thank you for your patience — we’re committed to resolving this properly. Best regards, Team Pitch-Us

Hello Chad, We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing that must feel. We want to emphasize that we do not use any methods that go against Spotify’s terms. Our campaigns are based on strategic ad traffic, algorithm-focused promotion and playlist pitching services. We’re also sorry if there was any confusion in communication. If you spoke with a member of our team and something didn’t go as expected, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into it and clarify. Unfortunately, we can't identify your campaign based on this review, but you're welcome to reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve this. Hello Charle, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. It’s important to clarify that our services include playlist pitching and algorithm-focused promotion, and we do not use bots or any above mentioned streaming methods. Our campaigns are designed to support long-term artist growth in line with platform guidelines. Additionally, we noticed that most of your reviews across platforms are 1-star, which may reflect a broader concern with multiple services — not necessarily our process. That said, we’d be happy to take a closer look at your specific case and assist further. If you'd like to resolve this directly, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Best regards, Team Pitch-Us

Hello Merlin, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and we understand your concerns. We want to clarify that we have not raised prices across all of our services — only for certain campaign types where our own advertising and operational costs have increased. These updates weren’t made out of greed, but to maintain the quality and performance of the services we provide. We also want to emphasize again that we do not use any streaming methods above. Our campaigns focus on real visibility through playlist pitching and algorithmic promotion strategies that comply with platform guidelines. We’re always open to conversation and happy to clarify any concerns directly. You can reach us anytime at [email protected]. Best regards, Team Pitch-Us
