My order didn’t arrive. I have emailed customer service 3x. I have never received a response.

Pique. I love some of their tea products. They taste very good. It was great when they send me sample packets so I can choose which one I like to buy. I have subscribed them before and then I stopped, because I had many teas from them. It was easy for me to cancel my subscription before. Today, I am returning this company to buy more of my favorite teas! Yes, when I sent an email to Pique for a question today, geez I cannot believe AI Customer Service responded! It was fast. But I prefer a real staff who will respond. Anyway, the AI Customer Service answered my question.

I am extremely disappointed with PIQUE as a company. Their products are good, but their customer service is the worse. I’ve been trying to reach them out sending emails and calling, but no answer after several days now I’m gonna lose more than $100 which I hope they compensate me somehow

I have posted about my frustration with Pipi tea. After two trust pilot reviews, d literally months of time asking for a refund, Pipi tea has finally refunded my money. While I appreciate this mater is now closed, the experience has tainted my opinion of the company. The tea is flavorful and I enjoy it, I do not think the tea is worth having to go through both the expense difficulty in stopping a subscription. The company will need to improve customer understanding, communication and experience on the front end if they want 5 stars. Again, I was able to get my money returned with much effort.

What is this? powdered gold? Why does it cost so much? Also, I don't recall signing up for subscription and yet they did charge me for one. I reached out and did get a response. Not a good way to keep customers. Very seedy. I liked the product, but way too pricey for what it is.

I tried their product. I want to cancel my subscription. That is not an option on their website. I’ve sent them multiple emails requesting cancellation. They do not respond and keep shipping unwanted product and charging my account. I am demanding a refund of $214. For the last two shipments as they have ignored my requests sent to the email address on their website. this is a horrific company, please help

This company that sells Pipi Tea is unscrupulous. They will trick you into a subscription and never let you cancel. They are thieves. Do not buy Pipi Tea, you will regret it. SCAMMERS.

The order I placed was lost and could not be delivered. Due to their customer service, I said I did not want a replacement but a refund. They said they would process a refund and send a replacement that I would not be charged for. They then charged me for it, I disputed it with my bank, then Pique said they sent a replacement that I did receive so they would not refund me
