I was first introduced to PIP by my father-in-law. He has performed a few investments using them in the past so I figured I'd try them out. All in all they did everything that they originally stated and I am very pleased. There was an issue with one of my tax liens a "sale and error" that was caused by the county and of no fault of pips, which held up some of my returns. But their staff was transparent about this the entire time. Good company to work with!

The PIP group was very upfront with how the investment was going to play out, the timeline, and costs. They offered me a 16% promise and quoted me on 10-12 months from start to finish. When the investment was all said and done I ended up earning closer to 20% and the invest took 11 months just as they said it would.
