Dropped me like a stone
I invested a small some (by property investing standards) with Pip group in 2016. The properties were recommended by them and the promise was to clean them up a little and resell them. I'm guessing here by their complete lack of support - that when it became apparent they would not be able to give me a return on my investment they lost all interest in supporting me. They would only get a 20% slice of any PROFIT I made. No profit for me - no motivation for them to do anything. No matter how many times I email every address I can find for their organization they never reply. What replies I have received in the past couple of years have been short and full of excuses. Any plans they claim to make never happen. I believe through their lack of interest that I in fact do not any longer own these properties and I have completely lost my investment.

Mr. Patton: As we discussed, I want to sincerely apologize for the drop in communication. We assigned you a specific representative in early 2018. That representative was let go, coincidentally, for a poor lack of communication with client follow up. It is rare this happens, but when it does I assign myself as the “catch all” for any incoming emails, or otherwise. In this matter, I forgot to do so and your emails were essentially just piling up in an inbox nobody was monitoring. This has actually never happened before and I take full responsibility.
