I contacted Pipe Works today about a problem we have with a leaking water main. The initial customer service experience via phone was fantastic - I was told someone would come between 12 and 4pm to take a look at the job and they were there not long after 12 midday which was very impressive! Unfortunately the person who came first could not give an estimate on the spot and had to call his manager - however the manager arrived within 5 minutes which was great. The estimate we were given, however, is definitely much higher than other contractors in the area so we will need to consider this before going ahead with the work. Many thanks!

17 months ago, we called PipeWorks for a leak. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced a kitchen drain. Still, even though the total cost was about $290, we were glad to have PipeWorks out to fix the issue. Last week, another technician came out because the sink was leaking again, in the same place as before.The technician was again very nice and very competent. He diagnosed the problem as a failed washer in the drain that PipeWorks had installed less than a year and a half ago, and fixed it. My problem is not with the competence of the technicians, because they are very professional and good at what they do. But being charged another $60 for a visit to fix what was already fixed less than 18 months ago is more than a little aggravating. There is simply no way we should expect to fix this drain every 18 months, and if the equipment that you’re choosing to install is going to fail that often, you should be changing suppliers. At the very least, it seems as though PipeWorks would want to stand behind its work for longer than that.

At first tI had a misunderstanding with Pipeworks but there service manager was extremely helpful in rectifiing the problem to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.

Alex C.'s servicing call today was done in a very professional manner. He provided knowledgeable advice and suggestions that I found very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him today.

Efficiently done, no mess to clean up. I can appreciate that everything is computed on the notebook....but I would like to have received a bill, for my records.
