Zach did an excellent job last week and today in serviceing our boiler and generator. He discovered various maintanance issues with the boiler and replaced a battery in the generator which was required to bring it back on line. He followed up with calls and we very clear in explaining how to maintain the boiler in top form through the winter. We're very satisfied with the service of Zach. Regards. Jeffrey Noss

We have been using another company in comparison to Pipe Works. It started with a quote on home insulation. My original company did not do insulation so I was forced to try someone else. I always get three quotes on all jobs. Pipe Works was the last to quote the job. First impression sold me. The salesman's professionalism was head and shoulders above the rest. Without getting to detailed and lengthy, Pipe Works nailed it...in all aspects of the job. With that, we decided to use them for our annual heating and air conditioning preventative maintenance. Since it's November, they performed the heating service. All checked out great. Johnathan, my Pipe Works representative, checked our whole home and gave his recommendations. We have hard water. I've known this since we purchased our home 13 years ago. The system we decided to go with was the Halo 5. Johnathan and Rick installed the system today along with a new hot water heater. Beautiful install! I have an engineering background and pay particular attention to detail, layout, and execution. Pipe Works accomplished all three. On the Halo 5; we performed the taste with the most particular person in our home, my wife. Well... She thought the best tasting water was from our tap! Not the Poland Spring water in the other glass. AWESOME! Very, very happy with our new insulation, hot water heater and our new Halo 5 whole house filtration system. Thank you Pipe Works for giving me a breath of fresh air with honesty and quality.

Ken was great and very informative.

Pipeworks is very reliable and stands behind their work.

I recently had the pleasure of having Pipe Works Services install a Mitsubishi Mini Split in my home. The house was built in the 1940's so there was no central AC. These units are so quiet you can hardly hear them while they are running. Chris is an asset to the company and did a great job with the installation. The office staff is very helpful. They recommended a great solution to my ac problem. I am so pleased and highly recommend Pipe Works.

I had an emergency in my home & they came right out! I had water pouring out of my ceiling & the ceiling was starting to come down. Right from the helpful voice of Tricia on the phone to expert technician that came to our rescue. They were all very professional and helped to get my emergency under control. They even had a professional carpenter on staff (Charlie) who came back to fix my ceiling. It looks good as new! Thanks Pipe Works!

They did an excellent job replacing my 2 AC & Heating zones on Monday which failed on Sat. Tran was very customer focused.

PipeWorks is a great company that does excellent work! Such a great team from the awesome office staff to the technicians and the follow up call that day! Tricia was a great help on the phone, she was so sweet when booking my appointment right away and having someone out to me quickly rather than other companies who would have had me wait at least a week. My technicians were great, professional, and very clean! And Amy surprised me later in the day with a follow up call. Love Pipeworks! They're simply incredible!
