Nothing was done the gentleman gave me 2 options on how the faucet could be fixed.

Got an estimate for installing a gas line to my fireplace. The technician arrived on time and texted when he was on his way. The estimate seems high so I am checking with another plumber first.

Felt cost of requested work was too high, so did not move forward with work, regrettably, because they do very good work. Technician was professional and knowledgeable.

I found pipe works online and saw good reviews, so called them on a Sunday night. They were very responsive in returning my call and offered to have a plumber out the same night or Monday btw 9 and 12. I decided to wait until Monday and Mario came over about 3. He was very knowledgable and confident the problem could be fixed. He put my mind at ease and explained to me what was happening and how he could fix it. He was very pleasant and patient with my questions and recommended solutions for some of my other plumbing improvements. Thank you Mario! He also offered a camera inspection of the sewer. Within the an hour, Ray came over, used a camera to inspect my sewer drain and showed me the video. I feel fortunate to have found Pipe Works and that the professionals who worked on my drain were knowledgable, skilled plumbers who game me expert advice. I will definitely use this company again. The only reason I did not rate a 5 was because of a delay in the arrival time.

I was pleased with the installation in general. The team ,especially Brent and Matt were very good .They arrived on time ,were polite and took care not to leave a mess.Brent took time to keep me informed of any issues as they proceeded and when I pointed to something I was unhappy with he corrected it.I will use your company in the future.

We have used Pipe Works for a number of years and have been pleased. If there is a problem they stand behind their work and are quick to rectify it. We often have Lloyd as our technician and he is Fabulous! He is always professional, explains everything and very nice.

Able to schedule same day service. Excellent, but price was higher than I expected. Pricing was provided up-front, just more than I originally anticipated when I called. Older home, so additional work NEEDED to be done to correct short-comings.
