Came to my house because my heat was off. As I'm 94 years old this was a concern. I was told I needed to spend $15,000 on a new boiler. I called another plumber who came to the house and said I only needed a new circulator for the porch as the other two circulatory were fine. He turned the furnace on activating heat in the house and returned the next day to repair the damaged circulator. The boiler is fine. PipeWorks never suggested a repair to the damaged circulator nor did they restart the boiler so I could have heat in the house. All they wanted to do is sell me a new boiler.

we have used pipeworks for years. We had a new water heater and halo Installed two years ago. We were told that halo is an amazing product. I am sorry that I did not keep my water softener. We were told the reason why the halo system is not working properly for us is that the water heater we bought from pipeworks is too big for the halo product we currently have. To solve the issue we will need to purchase another product for the halo system to work correctly. I have left several voice messages and emails to solve the problem and have not heard back from them. In the mean while my brand new granite is becoming dicolored by the hard water that we have. I have become disenchanted with Pipeworks. 😞
