Excellent Service as always from the Pipe Works Services Crew

-Quite differently than anyone else who has ever "attacked" a problem with my air conditioner! Lloyd looked at the air handler. I doubt anyone has looked at that since it was installed in 2003. He never even looked at the outside compressor! (I assume it must be OK.) Unfortunately, I had to rush him because I had a doctor's appointment in Morristown.)

Pipe Works came to our rescue immediately! Our water heater broke and we got an appointment the same day. The technician was professional courteous and diagnosed and rectified our problem. I highly recommend Pipe Works for all your home needs.

We have been a Pipe Works customer for several years. We used them to install our central AC 3 years ago and have used them for plumbing repairs as well. The team at PipeWorks is always courteous. They keep you up to date on your appointments and the work they do is top notch. They are all professionals.

I am so pleased I used this business. They were top notch from Ray who came out to quote the job to Brent, Matt, Brian and Ramon who did the installation. They were very professional, courteous, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. They did their best to be sure you understood what they were doing and answered all questions. Kevin also was very good, he came to check on how things were going and to help out if needed. The technicians Brent, Matt, Brian and Ramon moved furniture as needed and put it all back in their original place. They also were very neat. They were respectful and interacted well with each other. They all did a great job and were a nice group of guys. I plan to use them for my next job.

In researching for our new HVAC system, which blew on the hottest weekend, we met with 4 different contractors. Only one stood out for a fair and comprehensive approach to provide an excellent solution-- PipeWorks. Their team installed our new Lennox system with white glove service. Booties were put on shoes, tarps were carefully placed so as to not damage our carpet or floors. A team of well mannered technicians worked diligently to make sure our system worked perfect. PipeWorks works up to a standard, not down to a price. We are extremely pleased with our new HVAC and highly recommend PipeWorks.

Would highly recommend this company for insulation needs. They explained what they were going to do before they did it and explained everything they did when completed. Very friendly and very professional. A++
