My wife and I are completely satisfied with the job Pipe Works replacing the 70-year-old, gas heated boiler for our home's heating system with a brand new one with all the bells and whistles to keep it functioning properly. Being a DIY'er with all my other home projects I know tough this job was, especially walking into it on a Friday! The team excelled and did an awesome job through out the day. The work was solid, with no leaks in any of the connections. The team was very polite and easy to get along with. The best part is our home is ready for this winter and many more to come. We need replace a toilet, got a second day appointment. Their office did good communication and understood my request very well. Mario is the technician who helped us. He did great and clean job! Just a little expensive but really good job!

Scheduling was quick. They sent me a pic of the technician ahead of time. Lloyd was spot in with his diagnosis. It was a tricky HVAC issue other plumbers could not figure out but Lloyd immediately recognized the need for a custom piece and the correct materials. 5 days later the part was ready. Mike and Odin arrived to install. Again a picture was sent ahead of time. It was a tricky job but they spent half a day doing meticulous work and were really pleasant and polite despite my many questions and concerns. But then the furnace wouldn't start and Mike located the issue (hidden disconnected bx thanks to other contractors who had been working in the basement). He hooked it up, furnace kicked in and Mike checked my stove and dryer to ensure all was ok after the temporary gas disconnect. These guys went above and beyond and are wonderful ambassadors for their company. Safety is a big issue for me. No brainer - I will always call Pipe Works for any plumbing and HVAC issues in the future. And props to the schedulers and dispatchers who made the whole experience a breeze.
