They identified my air leak problem …
They identified my air leak problems and fixed them. I can tell the difference and the house is warmer.

Pipe Works has a great staff
I am very pleased with Pipe Works and have been doing business with them for many years. They have put in furnaces and air conditioning systems in both floors of our house as well as a hot water heater. It is always a job well done. Their technicians and office staff are very competent and friendly.

THE BEST TECHNICIAN EVER
All around, Matt was probably the best installation/repair technician who has ever worked at our home in 36+ years. Period! He was expert in his work, very personable and well mannered and did an exceptionally clean job. Super helpful and mindful of our dilemma, no heat from the furnace in early winter, Matt went out of his way to get the replacement part and get things working again ASAP. Also, he was several hours earlier to our home than the office estimated!! There's a First. I will be requesting Matt for any future heating/air conditioning problems. He is a rare gem. You really need to hold on to this special guy.

Awesome job!
I had a need for a new heating system for domestic hot water and for my baseboard heat; I went with Pipe Works based on online reviews and I was very pleased. They installed a new tankless hot water heater along with a storage tank and did it in a few days. They did a beautiful job, and the system works great. There were a couple problems with one of the baseboard zones, and it took a few tries to get it fixed, but it was never an issue getting someone to come over to take a look at it. As an added bonus, everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly!
