Thank you to Zach!! He came out for just our normal heating check up, but I noticed before he arrived, the temperature was colder than the thermostat was set for. When Zach arrived, I mentioned it to him. He was able to tell me what it was and get the parts to fix it that day! I appreciate him being able to take care of it that day. I realize the parts may not have been available, but the fact they were and he was able to do it was very helpful!

I recently had PipeWorks out to insulate the basement and I was extremely pleased with the experience during the estimate and through the completion of the job. They gave me a thorough review of the assessment of my house but didn't try to push me into extra services. They showed up on time, completed the work to a satisfactory level and left the job clean. The guys who dug the trench were courteous and washed off even the individual stones in our garden before we left, offering to come back to make any fixes in the spring if needed. When the connection in the house started leaking the next day, Mario came back within an hour to fix it. Overall, a great experience.

I requested service from Pipe works for a toilet that was running continuously. I had this particular toilet serviced before and the repair only lasted about a month or so. Pipe Works Service technician, Chris, arrived on time and explained in detail the repairs I needed and made further suggestions. The repairs were made in a timely manner and I am so happy with my properly functioning toilet.

Pipe Works is the only company I will ever do business with when it comes to plumbing jobs. They came to my rescue 2 weeks after I purchased my 116 year old home, when the sewer line overflowed in the basement. As you can imagine, a home that old has a super old cast iron sewer line that was in desperate need of replacement. One call to Pipeworks and I'm now the proud owner of a brand new PVC sewer line that I'll never have to worry about again. These guys are masters at what they do, the whole job was done in a day and they left the job site cleaner than it was when they got there. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Totally recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
