Quick response and showed up on time. Explained each options in detail for changing the hot water tank. But the estimate was very high compare to all other. I got the work done with some other company.

The work is done well with a timely fashion. However, the price that the company charged us were too expensive. If you are not in a hurry, I would recommend you to compare several providers.

I had gas piping installed and a pressure test gauge installed on Saturday. Unfortunately, the pressure isn't holding. Notified Pipe Works on Tuesday prior to the inspection. Pipe Works said they'll be back on Thursday.

Mario was very knowledgeable, however place where he works is very expensive. It cost me about $3200 to replace my water heater. Also, I thought I was getting Reem 75 gallon tank but they gave me different brand tank. They didn't do good job cleaning after the job was done. Also when they talkedo about warranty, it was very misleading. The warranty only cover parts, not labor. The warranty they sale comes from water heater manufacturer not from their company. Please do your research, before calling them. I also didn't receive my receipts from their work and I also didn't received any call from township about permits and inspection.

Toilet wasn't flushing properly. I was given the option of $500 rebuild or $1000 new toilet. I went w/ rebuild and the flush is the same or worse. Tank not filling all the way. I just don't feel certain this addressed the issue.

I feel that the cost to check my AC unit was expensive for the work conducted in cleaning the compressor. After the work was completed I noticed there was still debris in the unit and had to clean it myself using power washer - Very disappointed

We had several service calls from Pipe Works and most were okay. We had an estimate on a hot water heater and when the tech came to install, he said we needed to pay for additional ducting. I told him the manager quoted this price all inclusive. He said okay and installed it and one day PSE&G were in for something else and he told me the installation created a carbon monoxide risk. I called Pipe Works and they immediately sent a tech down who corrected the problem and couldn't understand how the other person let this go. They never had it inspected by the town.
