PipeWorks came out to evaluate a snake auger for my kitchen sink and potentially out to the main sewer line. A prior plumber had cracked part of the piping beneath the sink, and despite removing the trap and trying to snake it out, I couldn't unblock the pipes out of my kitchen sink....further, in the basement, water was flowing, but seemed to be backing up after some time, indicating a potential blockage in the pipe. I snaked out this line myself as well, but couldn't remedy the problem. Pipeworks came out, and quoted $1000 for snaking the main line with video, kitchen snaking and repairing the piping. I thought that was high given I could rent a snake auger for $50, or even buy one for $500! Nonetheless, I need the work done and figured would just do it...after calling in the video camera, they confirmed that it wasn't actually a blockage, but that the pipes narrowed, which was causing build up and the apparent blockage. Said it was fine and safe, and that I didn't need $300+ cost of snaking that line. The snaking of kitchen and pipe repair took ~2 hours and I was charged $600+. Good quality of work, they're honest, but probably a little pricier than average. Could just be my neighborhood which tends to price out higher than what I see comp costs online. All in, I've used Pipeworks in the past, and while a little pricey, they're reliable, honest and do good work. Highly recommend versus an unknown who may be cheaper quote, but less honest in what needs to be done.

I have been using Pipe Works for about 12 years. Every time I call, I get a prompt and courteous response. This past week, I called to coordinate a delivery of a bathroom vanity with them sending someone to install it. Mario arrived when the office said he would. He was thorough and efficient and got the job done perfectly. Once again I am happy to have used Pipe Works.

PipeWorks' Anthony came out to my New Providence home on 3/18/17 and was extremely professional -- quickly diagnosing the issue with the newly installed water heater as being an issue with the water pressure coming into the house being extremely high and the water pressure valve being faulty. He explained to us what the issue was and how the existing pressure (140) was way too high when it really needed to be (60). Anthony was patient because I sorta freaked out at the price. They are a little high but you get what you pay for. After my freak out session we authorized him to do the work. For that price I said that I was going to be his apprentice- first to oversee the work and second to learn. He smiled and said of course. He was patient because I asked all sorts of questions. Ranging from "why are you doing that" to talking shop about motorcycles. He was great and I would welcome him back any time. Extras: * Anthony put paper covers on his shoes before entering the house -- a respectful touch * The service was reasonably high-tech. Anthony used a iPad, allowed me to pay with a credit card.

Pipeworks goes out of their way to offer scheduling that's convenient always provides great courteous service.

From beginning to end I was satisfied with Pipeworks' response to our emergency call when our basement was flooding on a Sunday night. They came quickly, identified and repaired the problem and the representative was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Bobby was on time and very professional. Accomplished work promptly and got it right the first time. Also was available and responsive to followup questions.

Service person was polite and efficient. The necessary work was completed on time and with little mess. Well done!

Had Pipe works come out and do some insulation work for me. The estimator was awesome, he patiently walked around and took a look at the areas of my house that where leaking cold air. Gave me an estimate on the spot. The techs that came out did an awesome job. Super polite, did an excellent job. Even after having to tear aluminum siding off the house, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Would highly recommend them, great experience from the first call to the completion of the job.
