These guys could not have done any better when it comes to customer service. In a world of robots and AI, every phone call and email was answers with a live human being on the other end. Offering to make everything right, combining orders to save shipping, replacing items with the correct items etc. woke up to an email that completely fixed things and everything was an honest mistake.
