I was warned that they may not come with backings or cards. But each one that I purchased was treated as if they were in mint condition with backings, cards and in separate bags. Not a single scratch on anything. I didn't respond, but the seller even reached out to me which was nice. The website was fairly easy to use and to add items to my cart. Prices were pretty good I thought for some old pins/sets too, but I know that will vary between other pins. Shipped to overseas (USA to AU) which too it's time but not any longer than normal. Tracking and shipping numbers never showed accurate info other than it's on its way...whether that is that pinny shop didn't have all the information embedded in the tracking details or the tracking systems were the ones at fault, I dunno. But I was notified when it should have come and it came and I have received. I am very happy with the service and seller.
