I'm very sorry we aren't able to provide shipping and delivery estimates. We strive to mail packages within 24 hours with deliveries usually within 2-3 business days of mailing. Our system is not designed to offer shipping details due to limitations of my web design abilities. I am just an avid hobbyist with limited web design skills. I apologize for that. Mostly great. Will still order from them.
The majority of the pins I ordered were wonderful. One of them (2014 LE PAX West) had a notable degree of the nickel plating on the top scraped/dinged off, which is a bit disappointing in a single, $60 pin.

I'm very sorry for the issue with your purchase. We inspected the surface of the pin but overlooked the side edges. I hope the replacement that we sent was satisfactory. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
