I ordered my iphone case on a Sunday afternoon, minutes later I discovered I ordered the incorrect size. Immediately I contacted Pinnacle Luxuries for a change. Days passed and no reply. I initiated a disputed claim action, they replied a day or two afterwards. Sophia assured me all would be remedied. I have now received the correct size, for my troubles they did so at no charge. Not an easy purchase but, satisfactorily resolved. Thank you

I ordered (1) Pinnacle Military Grade Aluminum Protection 360 For Samsung Galaxy Z Fold (2) Privacy Screen Protectors Anti Spy For Samsung Z Fold $149.85 which was very high but I needed a very strong case for someone who drops their phone a LOT! I got 2 of the items but one of the Screen Protectors was not in the order. So, I emailed their support team and emailed again, and again. Zero response. Checked the support email again and emailed many times. Now I constantly get 40% off emails *nice to know I paid full price. But no response. I'm headed to PayPal to dispute (which is a pain in the keaster). Why do I stray from Amazon or Best Buy to unknown one offs? No more. I'm out $40 going to look for another Screen. I don't guess this company is looking for repeat customers or word of mouth. The real bummer is the metal case rocked!
