Received a total different item. They ignored my substitution or refund request. They advertise premium items and then send you cheap garbage from China. I should have read all these bad reviews before buying. Don't buy, it's a scam.

The quality of the items I purchased were garbage. When I tried to return them my request was rejected and I was only offered store credit because the "products were damaged" I had not even OPENED them! I went back and forth with them for two months and they wouldn't give me my refund. They fleeced more for $150 and I got NO indication that I ever even talked to a human. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PINNACLE LUXURIES.

I purchased a Galaxy watch band from this company. They sent me a cheap piece of rubber that wasn't worth $39.95 they charged me. I requested a refund. Before they even received the junk back I got a email saying that the watch band was broke and I didn't qualify for a refund, only a store credit. I explained that I didn't want a store credit from a dishonest company. I also said I was contemplating contacting the IRS about their business practice. This company is a scam and everyone should be aware. Update: after I explained to them via an email that I was contemplating contacting the IRS I received a full refund. I guess they don't want the IRS looking into their business

Just received watch band for Google Pixel Watch 3. Worse mistake ever, what a piece of junk. The worse part it because I bought it on "sale" I can only get an exchange or store credit which what in the world would I ever but anything from there again. Went through the return process and the last response was ship it back however you wish. To where? came from China..the address in NJ. I believe I was scammed and will never see any exchange or a refund..BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I'm hopping mad! I bought a sweater from an online company called Posh Pinnacle. When it arrived it was very shoddy and cheap looking so I contacted the company to try to return it. Turns out I need to post it (Tracked and Traced) to 'No 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409, Suxi Yiwu Town, CHINA'. As you can imagine, I'm not going to bother, but I thought I would just warn friends about this company, and recommend that you're not tempted to buy!

It took a month to arrive and must have been ordered from outside of the US although they use a NJ address. I ordered a silver phone cover. They sent me black. Avoid this company!!

The product was advertised to ship within 24-48 hours, however, after waiting seven days, the tracking number was provided. Subsequently, it took an additional ten days for the package to be tendered to OnTrac for shipping. Upon receiving and inspecting the package, it was discovered that the inner box had been opened. The quality of the $59 phone case was poor, and the kickstand had insufficient tension. It is noteworthy that refunds are only issued if no discounts were applied, which appears to be a strategy to retain revenue.

I previously wrote a review on this company several weeks ago (see DESPICABLE COMPANY - July 22,2024). As of today 8/19/2024, I have yet to get a store credit and I doubt I ever will. Total scam. At this point, it's not about the money but to see this company banned from selling anything online. As such, I submitted a complaint to the FTC reporting this company's practices. I will do the same with the BBB, although I'm not the first to do so.
