Alright,not the best I have tried

Always an adventure at Pinnacle, but they get the job done.

You’re a great company and I am so grateful to have your superb product help with my insomnia and muscle aches. I am now a regular subscriber every two weeks, and I love the service, not having to go across town to a flaky CBD store run by sullen teenagers. It’s nice to talk to adults when there’s a problem. Overall, you are a reliable excellent company. And the only reason you don’t get five stars is we need some type of TEXT Notification when your product arrives by USPS in summer. Because the product can sit out in the mailbox for hours getting hot, which as we both know degrade CBD making it less potent. You text at other time sensitive times, and I’m sure you are linked up to your shippers, who I pay a premium to get the fast service for. So just text us when it’s going to be in our mailbox even if it’s a window of time on a particular day, and give us a heads up and will be looking for it. I would have given 5 stars but I'm noticing that the effects of the CBD cartridges vary in their chill mode.

Delivery was very quick and Maui Wowie Delta 8 Flower is the closest I have come to the "real" thing. It packs quite a punch! The Hawaiian Haze Flower is more relaxed and delivered exactly what I expected. I will be re-ordering, thank you! However, would prefer the delivery package to be a bit more discreet, without the very large "Pinnacle Hemp" lettering across the front of the envelope. Also, I found the plastic jars containing the product to be really, really difficult to open. I can understand child-proofing, but had to use a screw driver and can opener to access one container, almost completely destroying it. So any improvements that could be made in that area would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty solid flavor, and balanced effects that kick-in around an hour later, so you don’t have to wait forever. I’m going to get the vegan bag next time for lower sugar, but these are still a good option. The dose is 10mg to be as broadly compliant/accessible as possible, so I’m glad they make a nice big bag. I missed the option for discreet packaging, so if you need that then don’t forget!

Update: Pinnacle responded to my email and has refunded my shipping cost. Thanks! How absolutely pointless to pay for 2-day shipping when Pinnacle Hemp still chooses to ship it first class. I will be looking for a local brick and mortar going forward.
