Gorgeous, well made, worth the wait on shipping time.
I have seen chandeliers at more than twice the price and were not as beautiful as the curved rod chandelier I purchased. This made the long wait for shipping well worth the wait. It is gorgeous! Helen at customer service answered every email promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. Hint: If you plan to use a ceiling medallion with it, tell them when you place the order as they can include a slightly longer "threaded pipe" that you will need for installation.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to know you are satisfied with the arched chandelier; your praise means a lot to our team. We also greatly appreciate sharing your installation experience and pointing out the issues with the threaded tubing when using the ceiling panel. Your suggestions were very helpful, and we have added relevant instructions to the product page to make installation easier for other customers. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for choosing us. We hope you will continue to enjoy this beautiful chandelier for many years to come!

The size was smaller than anticipated
The size was smaller than anticipated, and assembling it took some time due to the numerous small pieces. However, once it was put together, its beauty truly shone through.
