Don’t buy! Return is to a gift card not your credit card!!! Worst customer service. You shouldn’t even be allowed to do that without putting out notification prior to buying you won’t get your money back if you hate everything you purchase.

Terrible customer service. No phone number to call. The sizing is not true to size, very misguiding. All items that I ordered turned out to be small. The company tricks you to buy clothes and when items don’t fit there is no way to get your money back. They send you E- credit. If i am disappointed with my first order. why would I want to buy anything else with again? Almost $300 that i spent just sit on the accounts and no real refund. Feels like the company defrauding customers. Have been always buying stuff online and this is my first time when I cannot get a refund. Very unexpected. On top of it, it has been almost a month since I sent the items back and I still have not heard from them.

Terrible customer service. I did return few items and I am trying to figure out how am I going to get the refund. I send 2-3 emails (because there is not a phone number) and nobody reached me out.

Sometimes even when the clothes is super cute and flattering, if customer service sucks then it’s not worth spending money on this boutique. I placed an order and the second that I did I tried canceling it because I wanted to add more items so that I can have free shipping and add a coupon code to some things that were on sale. Of course, there is no button to cancel order immediately so I had to email them. They said it was to late because it already been shipped out. Like really ? I sent a message the same minute that I had placed the order. Just sucks. I just payed full price for things that were on sale. Will not be ordering again.

I continuously have issues with ordering from PL and their customer service. For starters and as an FYI, their clothing is almost always not true to size; I would always size up and even size up twice in some occasions. Most recently, ordered the SEASIDE ESCAPE PEACH LEAF COOLER BACKPACK and chose to add a single initial monogram and received the item with no monogram at all. Mistakes happen but this is the second order in a row that I have had issues with.. called the customer service line which weirdly has not been in service for over 1 month and then chose to email pictures of my order and invoice asking CS to fix it. They offered me a PARTIAL refund which to me, unacceptable OR a return label to ship it back and fix it. I chose the latter and am waiting on that confirmation email. ADDITIONALLY, I was charged twice for the monogram I did not receive. Once on the backpack order and once on a completely separate order that wasn't even an item to allow monograming??? Not sure what's going on but Pink Lilly needs to begin to pay more attention to their ordering, packing and delivery process.. Once these issues are fixed, I choose not to order from Pink Lilly anymore due to the reoccurring issues I've had with them. They have the cutest items! But they desperately need to get their quality checks down before they can really fire from all cylinders.

I placed an order (my second) on 02/11/21 and I logged in the 16/17th to check the status. I noticed that some of my items on my wishlist were on clearance and added them into my cart. At this time my order hadn't even shipped yet so I decided to check the prices of some of the items I purchased. No surprise, the majority of what I ordered was on clearance and cheaper than what I paid with my 20% off coupon. I emailed Pink Lily on 2/17 (my items shipped before I received a response to my email) asking for a credit of the difference on the items I bought that are now on clearance vs returning the items and re-ordering the newly price reduced items (again). I had even planned to buy a few more things too. I received a brief response telling me that they don't do that. When asked about returning all my items (so I could put my money towards a different boutique) I was advised that they ONLY do store credit. Yes, it's my fault for not seeing that on their website but a store credit ONLY policy is a complete scam. Once you spend money with this company you're crap (I'm not allowed to use the other word lol) outta luck - No matter how poor your experience is they get to keep your money. As a side note: I wouldn't be able to use store credit to purchase the clearance items again because my return would have to be processed prior to Pink Lily giving me the credit. By then the items may be 'sold out' already. Regarding the clothing itself... Without a discount code/clearance, Pink Lily is over priced. Most of their items are 100% acrylic, 100% polyester, or fabric blends (a lot of poly blends). Acrylic and polyester are incredibly cheap fabrics - Cheap to make and they do not hold up well. Acrylic is especially prone to losing it's shape, pilling, looking cheap, etc - even more so than polyester. Cheap fabrics can be maintained with special care but cheap fabrics should be priced as such... Pink Lily sells 100% polyester shirts for over $40 and 100% acrylic sweaters for over $50. You can literally get the same quality items for half the price at Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Fashion Nova, etc. Just because Pink Lily overprices their items and the items appear 'nice' - doesn't mean they are worth the money or worth purchasing without a discount code. Pink Lily IS "fast fashion" with a high price tag and a scheisty return policy. Thanks for reading!

The clothes look stylish and cute In their online catalog. Don’t be fooled the fit is entirely different when you receive them in the mail. They definitely alter them on their models. The fabric is also substandard and their return policy is impossible. I’m stuck with $70 in clothes that I absolutely hate.

I am incredibly disappointed with this store. I ordered an item and immediately wanted to change it to a different item. They told me I was not able to make any changes to the order once it had been placed. Ok, great. I will just send it back once I receive it. I received my item and I can't even get it on my body it's so small. I tried to return it (for store credit) so that I could get something that would fit and was told since I used their "summertime" code, I was unable to return it. So now I am stuck with something I can not wear and am out the money. I have shopped at their store in the past and had planned on buying more. This has changed my mind completely. I will no longer shop with this company. Instead I will shop with a company who cares about the customer. I will also make sure all my friends who blog about their store including on instagram know how terrible of a business model this store has. This is not a way to run a business! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
