Products look cheap. Customer service is atrocious! Sent me wrong size and giving me less credit for item I ordered for a return. Horrible experience! Don’t let your hopes down with this crap. People work hard for their money only for this con company to rip them off!!!!!

Horrible experience! I ordered clothes after watching a live try-on on Facebook. When they arrived, none of them fit. The sizing was all over the place and the quality was poor. When I went to return the items, I learned they only give store credit. This was not mentioned in the Facebook video. Have fun trying to find it on their website. You have to scroll all the way to the bottom and click different links to find it. I never would have ordered if I was warned about their return policy. How can an online boutique justify this return policy?! You can’t try anything on!! Now I have a ton of store credit and zero interest in ordering anything else from them ever again. I would also have to give more money to send these items back. I did reach out to them before writing review and they simply sent me the link to their return policy.

I have bought a lot and have had nothing but good experience up until now. I received a damaged sweater with the seam falling apart and Reg with customer service has been horrible. Not willing to make it right. Cristina and Haley have been wonderful in the past but if I have a damaged item I spent money on and can’t get it replaced then I will no longer be spending money here. So very sad 😞 Edited to add - no one helped at all. I was told the same thing that they must receive the damaged item back before they ship a new Undamaged out and if it sells out in the meantime then too bad for me. One of the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with. Just avoid shopping here! I will from now on.

Don’t do it. So I bought the cute, but cheap clothes hoping for the best. They arrived and didn’t work. Not a huge surprise with these made in China clothes. So I decided to return. GUESS WHAT??? They make you pay to ship items back AND they only give you a store credit. They don’t give your money back!! What a scam! I don’t want any more of your cheap, poor fitting clothes! Which means a store credit is useless to me. Which is exactly what you’re hoping for. Please ladies, just keep buying clothes from Amazon. You can return what doesn’t work and get your money back. This place is a racket. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Awful customer service!!!

It’s fast fashion made cheaply in China. They pay a few dollars for each item and try to get whatever Americans will pay for them. The quality shows — thin fabric, sloppy seams, bad sizing. Seriously don’t waste your money.

Not impressed. You can only get a gift card refund from them. Wouldn’t buy with that type of refund policy. Found that out trying to make a return with them!

Ordered something like month ago still has not been shipped Nobody responded to me don’t even cater to the guess . They say 10-13 days to ship still have not even shipped my products. DO NOT BUy‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The sizing is absolutely misleading. Not for busty women, or women with curves. I wear a medium that fits loose in almost all other brands, I ordered two dresses from Pink Lily and can’t even pull them over my chest. The mediums I ordered fit like an XS in my opinion. Not returnable and I certainly don’t want a store credit. The material is also very cheap and unflattering. The dresses are both wrinkled from the awful packaging. They feel like a discount store material with a high price tag.
