Worst customer service ever

These reviews are 💯% fake!!!! FB and BBB reviews says it all. Wow. Wish I had known!!! This place should be shut down.

I've always been happy with the products from Pink Lily and I do understand that companies make mistakes. I received an item that was incorrect and promptly contacted the company. I had to take pictures of the product as well as the invoice to prove I had received the wrong product. The product I originally ordered that I did not receive is now out of stock. This company does not issue refunds and instead issues a store credit. I was instructed to return the product within 5 days, I mailed it back the very next day. They're telling me a store credit takes up to 3 days to be issued. That makes absolutely no sense when you can purchase a gift card and use it that very same day. They received my item today but they refuse to issue my credit for another 3 days. Of course, there's a 1 day sale today so why would they help me out? Corporate greed is why. It's not the end of the world just very frustrating on the customer service side of things.

I placed an order and Pink Lily sent an item I ordered in an XS (mind you, I ordered a larger size). When I reached out about being sent the wrong size I was told my requested item was not in stock and that is why the XS was sent (it does not fit me, even remotely). I asked to send the item back, and was told no need - it was mine to keep and they would send a follow up email with a gift card for the price of the item (at this point I just wanted my money back, not a gift card!) No follow up email ever came. I reached out again for my "gift card" and there was no reply. I feel like Pink Lily customer service knew they didn't have what I ordered but wanted the money anyway now they are refusing to refund my money or send the promised gift card. this is theft if you ask me. I will never buy from them again.

This company is getting rich off of terrible products and quality and outrageous prices I’ve seen the same items on Amazon also the items do not even look like the pictures shame on you pink Lily. I work hard for my money now just because something doesn’t fit or I don’t like it I can’t get a return or my money back all I can get is a different size or a different product !! SHAME ON U PINK LILLY !!!!

I can’t believe how many people on here have said how great their customer service is. It is far from great. Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve been waiting for an order to ship for over a week when they say 1-3 days. My order is NOT personalized which takes 10 days. No one answers emails and their facebook message is a robot that does not help you it just directs you to their site. NUMEROUS reviews on facebook all have same issue with not receiving orders after MONTHS and no one receives responses. Company seems like a scam. Plus I hear from others that the quality is VERY cheap for prices. Will never order again.
