My package was meant to arrive in 3-5 days. Then after a month, it said it had been delivered (it hadn't). Wouldn't return my full refund. Waste of my time and money with all of the back and forth with customer service. Never again. Don't waste your time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had an awful experience shopping from Pink Lilly. So I was provided tracking information that never updated, and when I asked for help, they said I could have a refund or replace the items. I ask for a refund since it was 5 days since my package shipped, and even with it being the holidays, that usually means that something happened to the package. So a completely different person responded to me say actually they can't do that, and I just have to wait. So I did, and out of the blue the package arrived. So I get the articles of clothing and I am disappointed to see the quality of the clothes was awful. Then the icing on the cake came, when I went to make a return for one of the tops, I come to find they only do store credit. I have no intentions on ever shopping there again, and now they will profit from selling me low-quality, overpriced products; profit from me never using the gift card; and from me returning my unwanted item. I tried reaching out to the company about this and I have received no response. I would not recommend shopping with this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an order on 9/20/23 thinking it was 2 to 5 day shipping (first off, I had a feeling this was a lie and everything was coming from China). It is now 10/19/23 and I still do not have a single item. Of course I was right. Everything is coming from China. I am still waiting and tracking constantly says "in transit"....LOL

Unfortunately, as advised on social media, there were fake websites that copied our website and scammed our customers out of money. Our fulfillment center is located in Bowling Green, KY and all orders placed on our official website, www.pinklily.com, are shipped from that fulfillment center. Based on the information provided in this review, I believe you purchased on one of the fake websites. I would recommend contacting your bank/card company and reporting this charge as fraud. Very misleading website!! Products come from China, not here in the US!!! States 2-5 days for shipping, 10 days later and I have Received nothing on 3 orders placed!!

I ordered product from them on 2 day shipping. Their website clearly states 1-2 days to process before shipping. After no tracking information in 4 days I reached out only to be told it takes 3-5 days to process and ship. On day 5 I reached out again with more excuses and saying it needed 5 days. Well it had been 5 days. Terrible service. To make it worse I orders it priority for Mother’s Day and they still wouldn’t rush it.

Only giving Pink Lily 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. Worst company ever. Save your money. Staff is very unprofessional and they have the worst customer service. Owners are also terrible people. Save your money or buy elsewhere.
