Been ordering for years i love their dresses but this will be my last order. I ordered a dress that was very thin horrible quality sea through and returned it i bought it on shop and every other company ive ever used refunds shop when something is returned. Not only am i out the money but i still get to pay and have no dress. Absolutely ridiculous especially in this economy where people just dont have the money to waste. Buyer beware.

J’ai fait une commande pour l’anniversaire de ma fille, je n’ai jamais reçu le colis. J’ai beau essayer de contacter. Personne ne me répond une commande à 90 € quand même plus dix euros de frais de port pour qu’elle arrive à-trmp sur le site c’est toujours marqué non traité par contre ils ont pu se prélever des premiers jours, je suis vraiment déçu pour ma fille qui attendait ce colis avec impatience pour son anniversaire

One large dress fit me, the other one couldn't zip it up. And then the too small dress I can't return because apparently it's final sale. Didn't get the memo when I bought it. And even then, returns get store credit. I will never order from Pink Lily again.

I placed an order not realizing I could not get a refund, only store credit. I wear a size S or M in most stores and ordered the size L from pink lily in a pair of jean shorts. They would fit my daughter who wears a size 2. Very misleading. The quality of the tank tops was not what the images showed either. I have to pay to send these back and only for store credit. I will NEVER order from pink lily again.

I've never written a review of any company but my experience was shockingly bad. I purchased 2 shirts — both of which appeared to be crystal white on the website. They came in mucus brown. A yellow/green, snot/poop-colored brown. I will give them the fact they were titled "beige," but one assumes that might be slightly off-white. Either way, products should look like they appear in photographs. Apparently they only give you a gift card to their store for returns, which is somewhat hidden in their return policy. I will be asking them to give me a real return, in MONEY, because they have scammed me out of it through fraudulent photos. I also purchased a size S skirt (am normally a size XS, 5 foot 2 inches), and can barely get it on. It doesn't go beyond my butt cheeks; completely unwearable. Buyer beware.

I will never buy here again. You can't return the item or exchange it. They have it in stock and the size in stock and still no exchange. Stay away from Pink Lilly all crooks.

Awful I ordered twice because an influencer went on and on about them. I never got either order. Email customer service that’s a joke they send you bogus tracking info from china. Not happy. Letting everyone know on absolute platform. Don’t waste your time or money. I learned that the hard way.
