I have bought a few things in the past from here the clothes are lovely , unfortunately the staff let it down !! I popped in today after work and saw a dress I liked , it was my size too so I thought I would treat myself and buy it , the woman who was working there was busy doing nothing with the clothing on the rails and chit chatting with another costumer, she could see I was waiting at the till to be served , I then had to say to her can I pay for this please , she looked me up and down and said have you tried it on ? We don’t do refunds ! I said I have size 16 which is my size she said aww ok the 12 must have all been sold !! Shame really as it’s a nice shop , dint think I will be going back in I will spend my well earned money else where .

How can I check status of an order I pit in over month ago. I feel lime. Was scammed since o haven't received anything and one of my orders says it was actually delivered. I went to the pink lily website when everything was on a huge sale, there were many people om Instagram (reputable) people advertising for it and when I clicked on the link that is where I ordered from. Please advise

I ordered directly from their website. Over a month went by and when I inquired about my order they said I must have ordered from a spam website. I said how is that possible when I used the direct link. The customer service rep let me know their website had been hacked and I have to dispute the charge with my bank now. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else.

Awful. Charge so much for shipping. Sizing is ALWAYS off. I’ve paid for shipping 3x. For items to be sent. And if I need to return, they take it out of your amount they refund for the shipping/return item. They do not offer refunds- only on gift cards. And then when you reorder the items that didn’t fit, you go check out and have to REPAY for shipping ONCE MORE. Customer service is awful as well. I’m done with them. I’ve tried 3x. Always a waste of money and time.

Placed an order on May 21 and it’s now June 23 and I’m still waiting on my order. Says it was delivered but nothing has been delivered…we have a ring camera and I haven’t seen any deliveries so at this point I am going to assume I’ve been scammed.

I ordered from pink Lily a month ago and still have not received my package. The tracking number was from some app that I had to pay for. I have reached out and no response. Not impressed, it's very sketchy.

I want to clear up something for pink lily there is one based out of bowling green KY which is the one I thought I was ordering from but I got scammed:( apparently there is one based out of China as well - I have been waiting almost a month , still nothing. I've noticed from past reviews they will try to make it look like there is no order for u or it was delivered already, or returned anything to deflect from them. My order per their tracking made it to my state at least but than u couldn't access the tracking after that:( save your money friends ..make sure who u are truly ordering from. Looks like they have gotten away with it for quite some time .

Terrible experience! 1st tote was sent had some random paint chips and a nick. 2nd shipment was worse and had missing paint all over the bag. The worst part was that someone tried to paint over a flower with a different color. Company promised me a refund back to my original payment. The next day I received a gift card in an email. I messaged them and said I want my refund back to my original payment. I opened a PayPal claim and was refunded within 20 minutes. Buyers beware!
