Pink LilyReviews of pinklily.com

This site has amazing customer service. Not that I’ve had many problems with my order, but the minimal times I have, the customer service has been fantastic. Quick responses, replacement items, store credit refunds, they rock.

I have ordered a bunch of stuff from Pinklily. I haven’t had any negative experience with them. It is a little pricey but I think that all of their clothes are really good quality. I wash them and hang dry and I haven’t had any problems yet. I have also bought shoes and they are super cute. I do think that the clothes run a little smaller. I once placed a large order and the next day there was a sale and when I contacted them to ask if I can get the sale price they honored the sale and gave me a refund for the amount I would have saved with the sale. They have responded quickly and have been super friendly and helpful every time I have contacted them.

These bad reviews are appalling because I always have a good experience with Pink Lily! Clothes are adorable and ship/arrive within days of ordering! The clothes are on the pricey-side but that’s what you get with a boutique I guess...
