EXCELLENT customer service! I had a ring that was missing a stud and I immediately emailed customer service about the issue. Within minutes someone (Yzza) reached out to me to assist. I only had to send a picture of the item. They immediately set up a replacement item to be shipped. What makes my experience even better was all of this took place after hours. This was such a small issue but regardless the customer service was fantastic.

I hadn’t received order confirmation emails when I originally placed 2 consecutive orders. I reached out to customer service and almost immediately got a response and they “re”sent my confirmations. I got those ones! Great customer service and response time! ANOTHER reason why I love pink lily!!!!
