I ordered two items from Pink Lilly, but unfortunately they did not fit. I needed to return them. I could not find the order in my account because I had entered my email address incorrectly. Ashley and Yzza were able to locate the item and I made the return. I really appreciated their help. I have ordered several items from Pink Lilly and will continue to do so.

I wish customer service was this good everywhere. Pink lily was more than accommodating and I appreciate that! My sweatshirt arrived w a small defect and they immediately sent out a replacement. This is my 2nd purchase from PL and i love their stuff! Unique and comfortable! My go to!

Pink Lily is the best ever! I am so thankful to Kalee Rogers for hooking me up to them! Love their clothes and the quality is the best and all are so comfortable and cute!
