I don’t know why Pink Lily only has 4 stars. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, offered options and ultimately canceled my order so that I could use my Pink Lily rewards. I was and am very pleased with their customer service and the quality of their clothing! So happy I found them on instagram!

I was aware of the Pink Lily return policy but I used AfterPay and was slightly confused on how it would alter my payments after returning something, if any. My sales rep got back to me ASAP and answered all the questions I had! Not only do I love PL clothes, but their customer service was beyond wonderful! Thank you PL Team!

I had ordered 2 items that didn't fit and returned them, but never saw the credits come through. When I contacted them, they promptly sent the credits to my email and I'm a happy customer. Love their clothes.
