Bought two tracksuits. I am usually a size 16 so ordered L/XL but this size was really big on me. Returned goods and asked for smaller size. Received goods very quickly so good customer service. Really pleased with my outfits.

I recently placed an order with multiple items but the large was sold out on one item so I went ahead and sized it down to a medium. A day later the item was restocked so I placed a new order and ordered a large. I contacted pink Lily and asked if they could remove the medium from my first order. Well they did better than that. They went ahead and replace the medium with a large and then canceled my second order in order to save me shipping costs. It was seriously above and beyond and very kind. I will continue to shop here over and over.

Pink Lily's support is incredible. I recently purchased some items from Daryl Ann Denner's collection and I entered the code for 20% off and accidentally hit "pay now" instead of "apply" so I ended paying full price and after reaching out to them they refunded me the discount. Beyond grateful! I never leave reviews, but had to after this great experience.
