Love, love, love Pink Lily! I have ordered multiple items and was not disappointed. Customer service is awesome! I received a sweater in the wrong size and they immediately took care of the error. So glad I found this store!

I noticed the first team wearing a sweater I had purchased for Thanksgiving that the knit was unraveling. I sent an email with a picture and expected to hear back in a few days, since I emailed customer service on Thanksgiving. When I woke up the next morning, not only had I gotten an email back, I’d already been sent a refund for the item. I was not required to send it back, but was given the suggestion of donating the item. This was a great experience. Speedy and polite service was above and beyond my expectations.

Amazing customer service! I had put in a wrong address and the package was returned. A representative reached out to me and corrected it and I received my package the next day! I ordered 2 sweaters and love them. Great quality. I will definitely make PinkLily my go to shop!
