As if I couldn’t love Pink Lily anymore. I’ve been purchasing so many clothes from here. I only had to return 2 dresses because they did not fit. The return process was super easy. I was given an e-gift card refund to use. I was having issues getting the code to work. I emailed customer service and somebody got back to me so fast with a new code. Great clothes and great customer service.

I made an error on my order ; I emailed customer service . Quickly they responded and were able to fix my error.

I recently purchased a shirt and unfortunately had to return due to a defect. I couldn’t exchange at the time so they sent me a gift card in exchange. A week later I checked the site to see if the same shirt was back in stock and it was. But I didn’t want to pay the shipping again and I contacted customer service and they told me to go ahead and place the order and they would refund the shipping charges. Thank you Pink Lily. I appreciate a company with such great customer service. Happy Holidays 🎄🎉

Where do I begin?! PLB not only has the best clothes, shoes and accessories but they also have one of the BEST customer service!! I’ve been shopping with them for few years now and never had a bad experience. Some items do run small but it doesn’t stop me from ordering. The quality is great and lasts long time (just be sure to read the instructions how to wash it). Whenever I send an email about a question or an exchange, they get back to me quickly. One of the BEST online boutiques!!! Keep doing an amazing job, PLB!!!

Customer service was quick to respond to Mary quest for size changes I needed on an order. I message my request and they got back to me quickly, made the request to changes before the order was sent out so I didn't have to go through any type of returns or exchanges. Hopefully I will have everything in time for Christmas

I’ve been buying from Pink Lily since 2017 and they are an awesome company with great stylish clothing and accessories. I had one item come in this 2021 Christmas holiday season that had a defect. I contacted and sent a picture of the item to Pink Lily and they are going to replace my item, even told me I could donate the defect item instead of mailing back.
