Excellent customer service! The items came in a timely fashion. The extra photos of models helped me pick the correct size. I couldn’t say enough good things.

I had an issue with the dress I ordered being defective, it had white staining down the middle. I ordered the dress with plenty of time to ensure it arrived before valentines. I contacted customer service and a new dress is being shipped within three days, without the hassle of having to return the original one. Customer service was very responsive, professional, and just overall great! I wish this was the case with other businesses! It was my first time purchasing from pink lily and will definitely be purchasing again after this positive experience and the way my order was handled. Thank you Pink Lily!

Second purchase with Pinklily Ordered the Leopard Lips for a concert outing! Had couple flaws but customer service replaced it quickly! Love all the different styles and now that I know my shirt and sweater size it makes it easier to purchase Materials are soft and comfy I’m usually a XL-XXL with companies I wear a Large with Pinklily I think it depends on if your wanting more fitting verse looser fits I do go based off the size charts and take my measurements
