I received a jacket with a button missing on the pocket. Customer service responded within hours and emailed me a Pink Lily gift card for the value since it was a final sale item. Excellent customer service!

I sent them an email regarding a return that was sent a little past the deadline. They were able to quickly track it down and provided a credit. This was such a great experience dealing with them. And they were so friendly. I have had nothing but good things to say about Pink Lily as a whole!

I recently received my order, and unfortunately One of the items didn’t fit. I did not have my order number or the original packaging. My clothes are quickly becoming all Pink Lily. I love the way everything fits. Once the weather turns warm, people will only see me in Pink Lily! I do have some cold weather pieces as well and I always get compliments and I tell them that it's Pink Lily! Everyone has heard of it where I live in Eastern Pennsylvania and they ask about the prices, I let them know that the prices are very fair and that there's always great items in the sale section as well!
