I absolutely love your clothing line but I live in Ontario Canada and the shipping charges are ridiculous. I process and ship online orders to the states and my shipping charges are so much cheaper. You should look into different shipping methods to other countries. But I do LOVE the items I have purchased from Pink Lily and suck it up every time I order because I do like my outfits.

I ordered a sweater from pink lily; when I received it there was damage in the material, I contacted customer service within 24 hours I received multiple emails and a store credit, great customer service: it’s too bad the sweater had the discolouration on it: I like the clothing but I’m in Canada and have to always pay duties

I ordered a shirt from The Pink Lily Boutique a bit skeptically because it was an online boutique I hadn't heard of and was afraid that I was going to be scammed. I am very pleased to report that this is a trustworthy website! I received my top in a timely fashion, received an order confirmation, as well as shipping confirmation, and was pleased with the top I ordered! The shirt is cute and I am happy that I received it because with many online boutiques these days it's hard to know which ones are real!
