Loyal customer of PingPong for many years. Suddenly, got a liveness check request. And boom... they want me to use SumSub for it, which accepts my live selfie, but denies my real documents without any explanation! And here is the worst part. PingPong support is just impossible to reach. So account is just blocked and there seems no any way to get it sorted. Awful service.

This platform has proven to be completely unreliable. I strongly advise against using it, as they appear to be holding users’ funds under misleading pretenses. My money has been stuck in PingPong for the past six months. Although I received notifications stating that I could withdraw the funds to either my personal or business bank account, every attempt I’ve made has been rejected with the excuse that my bank accounts are not accepted. I’ve tried five different accounts, all under my name, but they continue to block the withdrawal and delay the process with false assurances. I even attempted to use the funds to pay suppliers, which was also declined—making it clear that they only display your balance on screen, without any intention of actually letting you access your money. Worse, there’s no direct support or helpline. Even after waiting weeks or months on chat support, I’ve never received a response. The queue system always shows I’m waiting, but my turn never comes. I’ve genuinely attempted to contact them hundreds of times over the past six months, all without success.

No BIRCs They are unable to provide relevant BRCs/FIRCs needed to claim GST refunds, even after 7 months. My GST refunds keep getting rejected and are still stuck, but they won't provide any support. Beware of them, and their prices are huge as well. There are cheaper and better payment mechanisms than the untrustworthy Ping Pong.

Never got response from the customer service. Horrible exprience

Despite providing all necessary documentation and updated bank details, there has been no clear communication or timeline for resolution. The delays have caused significant disruptions to my business, leading to dissatisfied clients and reputational damage. The support team provided vague responses, and their process for handling account verification and refunds was unnecessarily complicated. I cannot recommend PingPong as a reliable service for businesses. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inability to resolve issues promptly make them an unreliable payment platform. If you value efficiency and accountability, I would advise exploring other options.

I have been waiting for my refund from Ping Pong for over 2 months now, and it seems like they are just keeping my money without any proper explanation. Every time I reach out to their support team, they send me a screenshot claiming the refund was "executed" and instruct me to check with my bank. However, there has been no refund received on my end. It feels like Ping Pong is deliberately withholding money from their clients, and I believe this behavior is fraudulent. Their lack of professionalism and transparency is shocking, and they are clearly running a scam to take hard-earned money from people. I strongly advise anyone considering using Ping Pong to stay away. This has been a truly awful experience, and I would not trust them with any transactions in the future.

I got a transaction on 11/08/2024 and the transaction is still pending. These people are not to be trusted. I hope I get my money back asap.
