Where do I start? The waiting room made for 15 that is crammed with 25 or more people? The many hours wait to see a doctor? How about the office that look like they just moved in? How about zero follow up on a surgry date or not having updated insurance information with my provider? I would stay far away.

The service and wait time is so bad I'm considering just living with the back pain instead of sitting up to 2 hours in a waiting room. I wish it would return to the last building on Bryan Dairy. Overcrowded, being told you can't sit on chairs because the other practice says they own them, even though there is no other seats left. Its absolutely a disgrace that people have to deal with chronic pain with no other place to go, and deal with this mess.
