so far i've been there twice. Im SUPPOSED to see dr every 3 months. This office makes me go every single month. time off from work. first time i actuallly saw the dr. Second time i get stuck with an assistant. Really? Then trying to get them to call the pharmacy is like pulling teeth. Been an entire month and i STILL don't have my meds. If i don't get to see my Dr. this next time i'm going back to Tampa.

Constant change over in providers. No standards on pain management. I have moved to another doctor. Would not recommend you to others.

Uncaring and totally unacceptable all they want is your money for nothing. Should be brought up to the medical board I'm still considering that. Total disrespect for the patients and there problems

Wait time too long for number of doctors in practice! Misleading as far as type of pain management with regard to individual conditions, problems, pain, etc.

This location is awful. Totally disorganized. Crowded waiting room with so many chairs practically on top of each other. Long wait times. Frequent screw ups on getting prescriptions submitted. They never answer calls to the office and have never returned a phone call, even after repeated messages left. Had to respond in person to resolve the issue, and wait some more. While I’ve always enjoyed Dr. Le and his immediate staff, moving to this location was a huge mistake. If I wasn’t on Worker’s comp, I’d be seriously tempted to switch doctors because this location is so bad.
