Waiting area very small and does not accommodate my w/c easily so I use a walker when going there. Wait times are often very long. Bathrooms are not equipped for disabled persons.

My initial visit almost turned me off. I had downloaded and filled out a single sheet of questions and brought it with me. When I presented it, the girl said, "Well, here's another clipboard full for you." It was about 10 - 12 sheets of trivia questions. I seriously thought about leaving! I looked around and thought, well, it's a nice new facility with friendly staff and I have to get a new Rx. For 35 minutes I laboriously filled out paperwork and waited for another 20 to see Dr. Ahmed. I told him about his ridiculous amount of paperwork but he brushed it aside. On a follow-up visit, 2 weeks later, there was more paperwork and I waited 40 minutes to see a Nurse Practitioner who asked a few questions and decided to schedule me for a spinal injection. Upon checkout, the earliest appointment they had was 4 months out. FOUR MONTHS WAIT for a pain relief injection? Really?

It's been over a year that I have seen a Doctor. Only see the same nurse. No new procedures are offered for my pain. Have been on the same medication for 2 years. I have the feeling nobody cares to help me anymore. I am being forced to find new Doctors to help me.

Been there half dozen times and have yet to sit face to face with the doctor. Only for the procedure I had done.

Since my clinic moved from Pinellas Park to 49th Street there has been a very lengthy wait time to see the Doctor, however, a week ago that had improved. I must add that since Dr. Guirguis became my doctor there has been nothing but great improvement after attending the clinic for 7 years. He is a remarkable doctor and the first time I've seen improvement in my chronic back pain for past 7 years. A great improvement to the clinic. The major complaint I have is their answering service and trying to reach even ANYONE at the clinic - it's extremely frustrating to constantly listen to same, ongoing recording only to be cut off and start all over again. Something definitely needs to be done to improve the answering service and communication. Very poor in this regard.
