Scam. They will cancel your membership without informing you but then continue to harvest your data without rewarding you. They will they ignore any attempt of contacting them. Do not use.

Just returned from two weeks at the Alana beach resort, starigrad Croatia. Fantastic action packed two weeks. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure all was well. All reps work so hard and are always Bright and positive. Special mention to Jamie our resort host, jasmine and calohan on the fitness team, we loved your sessions from running and circuits to rumba! Also Andy, vicky and Mark on the bikes, you helped make our holiday. Likewise Charlie, Alex and Caitlan at the kids club who our kids loved. This was our first nielson summer holiday and can't wait until the next one. Great food, Venue and activities all contributed to a special holiday full of memories.

Ab 1200 Punkte ist Schluss mit Punkte bekommen. Ich kaufe seit Mai 22 ein und scanne alles ein und es kommen einfach keine Punkte mehr. Ich kaufte vom 31.5-4.6.22 ein und es bleibt bei 1200 Punkte. Ich schaue mir das ganze noch bis zum 12.6.22 an und wenn dann nichts passiert oder ich keine Antwort auf meine Nachrichten bekomme, schalte ich ein Anwalt über meine Rechtsschutz ein und dann wird mal geprüft was da los ist bzw. dann möchte ich Schadenersatz.

Es sind mindestens ca. 5500 Punkte nötig, da es ab dieser Anzahl erst mit den Prämien los geht. Halbes Jahr sammeln, eintragen, was im Gegensatz zu GFK mit viel Aufwand verbunden ist und dann kündigen hat zur Folge, dass alles umsonst war. Leider wird das nicht vorher mitgeteilt. Insgesamt zu viel Aufwand für wenig Ertrag.

modern form of scam doesnt pay out money so whats the reason to keep getting spied on?

PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I have been with this company (PCR, Nielson, Karen Scott) for over 10-12 years, seriously! They used to be a great, fair, survey company up until about a 18 months ago. They would always pay you $3/survey the very next day if completed. I did 2-3 surveys per month for the last 10-12 years and never had a problem, ever. Fast-forward to mid-year 2020, they send you an invitation that rarely goes through to a 20 minute survey, but then when it does and you fully complete now they never pay you!?! I've written Karen Scott of this website 5 times or more lately, she does write back, says that even if you completed/finished a survey there is still no guarantee that they want/need your response. How about that BS!!! This site is now a pure SCAM and Karen Scott is probably embezzling all the money, $3 at a time, that should have went to you for your hard work. PLEASE, PLEASE, let's put this site out of business by not patronizing and wasting your good opinions for absolutely nothing in return--except your pure frustration with Pinecone Research and Karen Scott. P.S. Thank you for reading and I hope I saved you a lot of wasted time and trouble. Us survey-takers need to stick together against these many fraudulent survey companies of today.

The Nielsen Company aka "Pinecone Research Company" is a legitimate research company who offers their members surveys to complete for rewards. They do normally pay your earned rewards within minutes, at least that's been my personal experience and they sometimes send out products to test & review. I can honestly say I've never had any issues with them.
