Everything was okay until my Pinecil soldering tip broke and I tried to contact the warranty. I asked the support how to open a warranty claim and they responded fast, but when I tried to claim the warranty I was completely ignored and haven't gotten a response in over a month! I tried to contact them again but still no answer! P.S I used the EU site for the purchase.
