Great service, responsive + fast and accommodating!

Mark and the team were absolutely amazing. I live in the Caribbean and communicated with the team solely via email. The turn around response time was absolutely amazing. Within 48 of me initating contact, the team provided me with 3 proofs each time making minute tweaks to the original design until I got the desired product.

I mailed a check on the same day I placed my original order, but for some reason they did not seem to receive it after 2 weeks. Not sure where it went. But when I did receive a call back to assist - the person was very helpful and understanding. They said they would take care of the situation so I would not be charged twice. I will see how that goes.

So far so good. I ordered some pins and uploaded my artwork. Pin Depot quickly sent a proof and a quote. In addition, I was able to get more information about pin types and closures from a sales representative -- an actual person! Looking forward to receiving the pins I ordered. Quick turnaround and great customer service.
