Spoke to them on the telephone and they were very helpful. The price was right and I went ahead and bought the lapel pins for our organization.

Very responsive & great design service
Super easy to get ahold of and make adjustments. I did have to ask a couple times for the city and state to be added. Overall excellent design and guest service and very responsive.

Good price & rapid shipping
Good price & rapid shipping. Product decent but not as heavy as I'd hoped. But for price I am satisfied.

Hello Ed, It was a pleasure working with you on your first order with Pin Depot. Thank you so much for your review. On your next order, we can potentially look into making the pins a little thicker which would add some weight to them. Please reach out to us for your next project as we would be so happy to help you.
