Pin DepotReviews of pindepot.com

I have used you before, and you are hands down one of the most accommodating, responsive companies going! Also, thanks for hiring Veterans! Love Pin Depot! Michele McCue Shaffer

I requested quotes from 6 different challenge coin companies. Pin Depot's price was unmatched, and it wasn't even close. Their communication, and customer service, was neither pushy or overbearing.

Great customer service and quick response time!

The team did an excellent job, and we were happy with the results! They communicated with us throughout the process, walked us through various options, and were able to deliver within the timeframe we needed - something that we couldn't find with any other company printing challenge coins. I highly recommend Pin Depot!

The text conversation was very helpful and attentive. Nice touch. The follow through from quote to art proof to invoice and payment was seamless. I have a tight turnaround of just 5 days, so I hope my delivery needs are met.

Pin Depot’s customer service is unmatched. They worked with me through the revisions and we were able to produce the perfect medal for our event.
