I'm really sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to not receive something you were looking forward to. I did want to gently clarify that the shirt was shipped to the address provided during checkout and was marked as delivered on April 14th. Your request to update the shipping address came in after the delivery had already taken place, which unfortunately didn’t give us a chance to make that change in time.
